After doing 40 yesterday i slept in a little and took my time today. Putting on cold, wet shoes this morning really stunk but oh well. Sometime this afternoon i got to a viewpoint which had an amazing view and it was sunny so i sat there for over an hour drying my socks and shoes. I ate some snacks and worked on yesterdays blog post. Eventually i made my way to Hamburg, PA where i walked a 2 mile roundtrip to walmart for resupply. After that it was 9 more miles to a shelter. I did a total of 23 miles today. I didn't get to the shelter until 7:25pm which is after sunset. These continuing rocks are annoying and painful.
