(Minnow) We zeroed in a shelter today. Its supposed to rain soon and there's a tornado watch but at least the leaves are pretty to look at. I messed up my ankles pretty bad yesterday so it was nice to zero. Sharkbait doesn't smell so great either especially his sleeping bag. My ankles are feeling a little better at least except for uphill. It sucks to have to leave early but its good to spend some time up here with sharkbait.
Minnows don't swim upstream and neither do i! Leave that to the salmon's!
Minnows words of wisdom: if you think you're gonna go swimming getting that water resupply....dont.
(Sharkbait) I never mentioned that i saved Minnows life yesterday she fell into a raging river trying to fill her water bottle. The bank was clay and she couldn't get out so she called for me and i rushed down to pull her out. She didn't have her pack on fortunately which would have been a bad situation. She is a tough gal though i will give her that.
You are a good brother. Minnow learns fast though so it should be better the next day out.
